Founding partner of GRADE, Thomas brings over 20 years of luxury residential and commercial architecture and design experience. His expertise lies in approaching each project with meticulous attention to detail and timeless quality to ensure truly hand-tailored, long-lasting design whether it’s for a landmark residential real estate conversion in New York City or private estate in the Hamptons community. Prior to founding GRADE, Thomas previously led the design and execution of high-end residential projects at the renowned firm of Robert A. M. Stern Architects in addition to spearheading boutique retail architecture and design for Donna Karan both domestically and internationally, honing in on creating memorable and experiential public and private spaces. Thomas graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Architecture and obtained his Master of Architecture from Columbia University and is licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Texas, Connecticut and Florida.
With more than 15 years of interior design experience, Yedid’s instinctive understanding of how culture, art and design translate into bespoke spaces, products, and experiences sets his work apart. Before coming to GRADE Edward worked with the celebrated interior designer Noel Jeffrey, honing in on his expertise for curating a lifestyle experience through design. At GRADE, Yedid is responsible for overseeing and executing the transformation of each project into a memorable, modern environment that tell a story of its history and inhabitants.
