New York, NY

Spearheading the interior design as well as structural renovations, GRADE was specifically selected to curate an edgy, Downtown home in context with its historic West Village neighborhood. GRADE incorporated an open floor plan and strategic details within the design to draw the eye towards the home’s windows and reflect light across the room, maximizing exposure to natural light and effectively expanding each space. Features such as the chevron-patterned wood floors and classic window panes are reminiscent of New York’s classic townhouses, while an eclectic mix of modern furnishings, bold light fixtures and sleek stone and metallic surfaces set a more contemporary tone.
