52 Wooster is an existing, six-story residential building located in the historic neighborhood of Soho and features four newly renovated, full-floor luxury residences including a duplex penthouse with private roof deck. GRADE designed all interiors including the lobby, elevator cabs, apartments and roof deck. Materials such as Italian marble, stained Eucalyptus and high gloss lacquers in a textured, neutral palette were utilized to create a sophisticated set of modern homes with a spacious, airy feeling and seamless aesthetic.
