Nestled boldly within the historic landscape of West Soho at 565 Broome, GRADE took on the interior design and decoration of this 4,600 SF luxury condominium—featured in Architectural Digest—inside the sleek, glass jewel-like structure designed by Renzo Piano. GRADE envisioned a thoughtful organization of spaces to create a sense of comfort and luxury while setting the stage for a ’70s-cool, eclectic take on decoration. Modern, patterned stone floors and wall paneling evoke the feeling of a salon where the furniture and decoration will feature delicately blended palettes from warm and vibrant to light and cool with intricate elements to infuse the living spaces with personality. A curated art collection completes the vision with works by Rudolf Polanszky, Brent Wadden and Dan Flavin, bringing this home to life.
