GRADE’s latest project takes to the shores of Palm Beach. The 2,900 SF luxury condominium offered an open plan of living spaces surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows and doors revealing oceanfront views. A white box was transformed into a tranquil vacation home infused with playful sophistication, personality and luxurious comfort; taking cues from the Palm Beach lifestyle. Iconic design pieces are mixed with bold, custom furnishings to elevate the serene vibe of the home and create a curated experience around collectible design. Custom pieces feature clean lines and movement, seen in the wave-shaped master bedroom headboard, curving sectional sofas in the great room and den, and undulating area rug patterns underfoot. Interior modifications resulted in a boutique-style custom closet and dressing area. Works of art introduce subtle textures, richness and depth against a fresh white palette with more colorful moments interspersed throughout to achieve the soft, calm feeling the client seeks.
