GRADE’s focus for the architecture and interior design of the 6,000 SF Potato Road House was to design a strikingly modern waterfront home blending interior spaces with the outdoors while seamlessly harnessing its endless ocean views. Given this home’s deep connection to the water, a neutral palette of natural fabrics and materials was selected to complement the vast blue ocean waters and create a calm, luxurious living space. Linear planes and multi-level platforms create separate living and dining spaces to give depth while never compromising the infinite presence of the horizon.
