Completed in spring 2012, this 4,000 SF private Miami residence combines an airy coastal feeling with moments of New York sophistication. GRADE created a stylish, modern family home giving thoughtful consideration to how the family interacts and spends time together. Focusing on maximum comfort and functionality, spaces were designed around a harmonious mix of design styles, decoration and art that offer a relaxing vibe while tapping into the vibrant energy of Miami. Distinctive textiles and graphic works of art by American artist Peter Tunney add pops of color and texture to a neutral base of fresh white lacquered surfaces. GRADE’s custom-designed floating bench, desk and slide dining table reflect sleek mid-century influences and a touch of Miami gloss applied with elegant restraint.
