GRADE designed a richly sophisticated, modern home for a global jet-setter client seeking a cosmopolitan refuge that would reflect their lifestyle and stand out as unique among traditional Sao Paulo residences. Spanning 6,430 SF inside a newly constructed high rise along Sao Paulo’s revered Parque Buenos Aires, GRADE exposed select sections of the ceiling to frame the space and create an industrial-chic residential feel. Furnishings were sourced from across the globe and present an eclectic mix of several design styles and decades, including vintage chairs and dining room chandeliers, as well as a custom-designed dining room and lacquer flower tables. GRADE also curated a collection of contemporary art pieces to complement this home’s modern features.
