GRADE was commissioned to design a 10,500 SF, elegant and gracious home crafted in context of the surrounding historical composition of the Bronxville community. GRADE melds classic elements of a Tudor-style cottage on a grand scale, layering architectural planes and features such as a stone turret and stained wood bay windows for a harmonious and textural façade. Approaching the interior with a young family’s modern lifestyle in mind ensures the spaces within are continuous, fresh and flooded with natural light.
